Me :)

A very brief few words about myself.. I'm Mollie, I'm 26 living in Bristol!

I've been practicing Yoga, Pole Fitness and Body Weight Exercise for a number of years.

definitely did not ever expect to be teaching my own classes!

I'm also currently studying to be a PT, so any fellow PT students please shout.

I have 2 cute little girl doggos, Piggy a pug & Peach a dachshund (you can find them on IG too @piggyandpeach_).

Myself & my boyfriend have also just started our very own van conversion adventure! So please do let me know if you have any tips for us or adventures to share.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. We connect pumping music with intensive movements to create an electric energy. Your movements will get you out of your head and back into your body. 

Every class is different so your muscle groups are always challenged! Loud, pumping music guides the class to the beat, incorporating elements of shaking and vibration to help move your body with cellular reorganisation. Students have said they've experienced feelings of inner transformation, the breakdown of emotional barriers, feelings of self-love and powerful human connections during this unique and very powerful class! 

Currently I'm the only Buti Yoga instructor in Bristol and I’m so passionate about sharing this empowering practise with you. I can assure you Buti will change your life and become your soulmate workout, an experience like no other.

When you finish a Buti class, red faced, sweaty, heart full, grinning and wanting to hug the person next to you. That’s Buti Bliss and it will 100% keep you coming back for more.

Everyone at any level is welcome and encouraged to come along and try something new!

DEEP

Get in touch with your body, literally.

Using physical touch to connect the mind to muscle and micro-movements to exercise the core, Deep will help you get into your body and get out of your head, really getting in touch with your muscles and learning how to use and tone them. It's designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti*.

Expect chilled out tunes, self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas with ultimate self-love vibes throughout. The class is low impact but deeply works the muscles and will last 60 – 90 minutes, including a 7 minute meditation at the end.

You’ll leave the class feeling good about your body, totally relaxed, with a smile on your face and having done your exercise for the day (in a gentle way) :-).

*Diastasis recti (also known as abdominal separation) is commonly defined as a gap of roughly 2.7 cm or greater between the two sides of the rectus abdominis muscle. In pregnant or postpartum women, the condition is caused by the stretching of the rectusabdominis by the growing uterus.
